The EU is rolling out ETIAS for visa-exempt travellers, including Argentines. The application is fully online, costs €7, and stays valid for three years or until your passport expires - whichever comes first. Check the current rollout status before you book anything.
German border officers want to see that you're leaving before your time runs out. A return flight or any confirmed onward ticket works - have it on your phone or printed and ready.

Travellers should be able to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover their stay through recent bank statements, credit cards, or other financial evidence.
